Pesto
INGREDIENTS:
– 4 cloves garlic
– 2 cups basil leaves
– 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
– 1/4 cup pine nutsĀ or almonds
– 1/2 cup olive oil
METHOD:
1. Process garlic, basil, cheese and nuts in food processor till pureed.
2. Slowly add oil till mixture develops a thick mayonnaise type consistency.
